Venla is a multi-talented artist, who has been in PINTA since the creation. Venla has taken many roles over the years, both on stage and backstage.

These days Venla's main work is as a circus teacher and director. She's mainly teaching in Linnanmäen Sirkuskoulu and Tikkurilan Teatteri- ja Sirkuskoulu.

On the side of teaching, Venla does costumes and makeup for different kind of performances, mostly circus and dance shows. Occasionally she still shows her performing skills as a dancer circus artist, actress or even singer in some cases.
